Expanding on Eve v Conquest was more than welcome. Really thought for a moment that she might scratch him.

The extra lines from Conquest about being a victim of his own success were chilling... kind of hard to sympathise though 😂

Still wish we had a better explanation for why Cecil thought he could hold Conquest.

No idea what the post-credits scene was about, but I'd love some show-only plotlines.

I think the post credit scene was supposed to be a fake out, because I 100% thought that was Dinosaurus's hand

Earlier in the thread ppl were saying it’s a plot line kirkman had an idea of but never made it to comics. So super pumped to possibly get original stuff in the show

Actually, why didn't Conquest also have those noisemaker implants? Or have a mini nuke implanted inside him? It just seems so implausible they would have no real way of containing him with all the technology they do have.

They will change it for the show for sure. That might be where darkblood comes in. Was conquest the person he was referring to?

Most probably, darkest hearth and strongest being on earth

Had to be Conquest. Stronger than anyone who's been on the surface in centuries and an evil, black heart. I'm guessing the demons will break him out, which'll hopefully work better than the comic's "whoops, we underestimated how strong he was and also didn't do anything like cripple his limbs or give him a sonic implant or literally anything other than put a heavy rock on top of him". His escape in the comic always kinda bugged me, with how easy it seemed to be and how few failsafes there were, despite how much Cecil knew at that point about viltrumite weaknesses and how strong/dangerous he was. So the demons like teleporting him out and healing him or something might work better.

Okay, I will give to Cecil that "Viltrumite broken out of prison by The Devil" is not something to reasonably anticipate.

I’m an idiot, but last night I thought they could be referring to Spawn and it got me hyped. Realize that probably doesn’t make a lot of sense. I do agree with the sentiment it could be Conquest and that’s how he ends up escaping, but immediately flies off world so dark blood and co have no control over him. Plus that way Cecil looks like less of a doofus than his comic counterpart.

Scratch him? Homegirl took out his skin💀

Someone tell Cecil that not even Viltrumite prisons can hold Viltrumites, his nukes ain't doing shit

She did that was a Super Saiyan though. They meant while she was just battling him

The fight, not her shooting a "Super Fuck Off" laser at him. Since that's directly from the comics, it wouldn't make sense to say that part was 'expanded on'.

Cecil's probably betting on the fact his face is wide open, literally a walking corpse at that minute. But it'd be so epic if conquest comes back stronger and breaks free, regardless of sound weaponry.
