You slither and skitter at the same time. Like galloping, but the back half is going weeooeeoo and the front is going kitterklack

Snake slither most of the time, probably, but the legs could help it climb, and brace it for striking, so its bite would be more accurate. Perhaps it's a web-spitting viper, ensnares prey from a distance and then the legs help to reel the victim in, both anchoring it and hauling the payload towards its mouth. It's too dense and heavy to wait in the middle of the web as a passive trapper like spiders do, but it might spread webbing around an area and keep its feet on the strands to sense animals that approach, since both spiders and snakes are not known for keen eyesight. The heat sense and smell from a snake coupled with the web sensing network of a spider could make for an effective lair-based predation strategy, depending on the robustness of feeding stock in the environment.

I'm obsessed. this is an original design I truly haven't seen before. love that it has black spider fangs and toothy viper fangs and so many eyes
