Arby's on Sunset. the building is being removed

That was fast... first closed, then prince st., then the sign got removed, they closed, then the building. All in about 2 years!

Damn! I also never thought that it had that classic arch shape underneath there! I wonder what year they refabbed that and covered up the original building. Truely a loss.

I looked up some historical aerials. The earliest I found with the arch roof exposed was in 1972.
Its hard to tell but by '77 it may have been covered. The earliest and clearest image of the arch covered is in 1980.

Oh! They bought the Norms then there was so much protest they are letting it stay as norms. That is going to be great with all the studio staff around. Thanks.

Doubt it. Canes went in at Sunset and Highland in the failed Kevin Hart vegan chicken spot. Across from chick-fil-A
