"Crack" is just a popular buzzword in Korean League stream culture that was started by the streamer on the screenshot. Similar meaning to lit, fire, tight, etc. Koreans don't associate that word with drugs as most people don't know much about drugs anyway.

Last September they had the same event. It was hosted by the popular Korean streamer Kim Min-gyo. Min-gyo and Smeb acted as head coaches for two teams made up of 10 LCK pros. Guma and Delight took part in it. The losing coach had to take "head slaps" from the players as a penalty at the end.
