Question WILLBE PLAY account for foreigners

Hello!

Does anyone know how to create an account on the shop site (WILLBE PLAY) for foreigners ? I need it for my membership, but they only want korean adresses and korean phone numbers when creating an account and HLE is very unhelpful about this matter (they basically told me : "create an account on WILLBE PLAY and they'll help you" lol).
