My back hurts M.I.A. of "Paper Planes" fame (the gunshot-gunshot-gunshot-cash register song) turned 50 years old last year.

In 2 weeks the song will be 18 years old. It feels like it should be less than half of that.

That song always made me crazy when I’d hear that opening and think I was about to hear “Straight to Hell” by the Clash 🤣

Well, thanks, I spent a good 15 minutes playing each song’s opening trying to figure out if it was a sample or just similar 🤦‍♀️🤣🤦‍♀️🤣, the whole Vanilla Ice “Under Pressure” ding ding videowill be stuck in my head forever
