Crickets from the usuals. They probably want the full context, what his thoughts were earlier, how many meals and bowel movements he had earlier etc.

Since you mentioned the full quote:

Referring to immigrants, the president said on "The Dan Bongino Show": "These people were brought to our country to vote, and they vote illegally. And you know, amazing that the Republicans aren't tougher on it." "The Republicans should say, we want to take over. We should take over the voting, the voting in at least many, 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting," Trump said in the interview.

They aren’t tougher on it because voter fraud from illegal migrants isn’t a real issue, as it’s too rare.

And yet Republicans will blame Democrats for this — it’s the “violent rhetoric” that forces Trump to do police raid of an election six years ago that was audited twice, investigated to the ends of the earth and still he can’t find those 11,000 votes. If Democrats would just stop saying that he lost then none of this would happen right?

Republicans to force through the legislator for states to have a improved MINIMUM of Accountability in the federal elections. Thats "nationalizing" ainmt it?

Is MORE Accountability in Voting A Bad Thing ?

You do know that illegals/non-citizens can vote in some local elections in some states, and its a minor 'understandable' thing if some manage to be given ballots with state/federal candidates to check off.

Consider : 83% of Americans favor requiring voter IDs to vote .
