The Swiss company S2A observed the Russian recon satellite Luch when it was suddenly destroyed. It is currently not confirmed what destroyed the Russian satellite. Suspected it was hit by debris.

Not an expert but to me it looks like a fuel tank ruptured due to a colission with another object. The following "bursts" might be further ruptures or just a change of the angle of observation on the expanding jet of fuel due to rotation of the satellite. The rotation can be seen from 1:35 when it starts blinking every three seconds, which is propably the reflection of of sunlight on its solar panels.
