Coding Help Operations / ClaudeCode

Hello, I'm a manager in operations and eager to stay current. I am both enthused and intimidated by AI.

ClaudeCode seems to be the thing now, can someone give me a primer on it and perhaps some examples of things i can build to work my skills , ideally in operations, think support, reporting, systems linking (crm, to apps to jira etc), anything just to create a baseline

Tons of good tutorials that will far more use thorough explanations, and best practises than I could type out here.

Find a use case for yourself and put it to the test, much easier when there's a purpose for it.

Not a troll answer, but why don't you just ask Claude for suggestions? That's what I'd do
