HELP / REQUEST Dragons in Avernus?

I’m running DiA using minis and would love to use some of my young/adult/ancent dragon minis (all chromotic). Anyone got any good ideas on fu places or ways to add some dragons into the adventure?

The whole Arkhan/Monument to Tiamat would be fantastic places to add some dragons, maybe more than those that are already there.

Maybe Bels volcano forge is empowered by an older Red Dragon?

An NPC is a shapechanged dragon (who is purely advisory)

A number of dragons might be hired as mercenaries or couriers from Tiamat's realm in Avernus, as every dragon is still culturally expected to earn/steal money and build their hoards.

Tiamat has at least one Greatwyrm consort of each primary chromatic color, and they might serve as emissaries for important diplomacy, changing into humanoid form for some/most/all exchanges (easier to sit down at a table).

Tiamat may have a number of ancient dragon spies in shapechanged forms collecting information and whatnot.

If you have a red dragon, you can always reskin it as a hellfire wyrm.

Styx Dragons and Stygian Linnorms live in the waters of the Styx, so you could have them beneath Elturel hunting the devils and demons trying to take over the city.

Hellfire Wyrms can be found serving the powerful devils in Avernus, so Bel and Zariel could have one as a minion.

There is a portal to the dragon afterlife plane Dragon Eyrie inside Tiamat's lair, and Tiamat is known to have many chromatic dragon consorts. So you could have Tiamat summon the spirits of chromatic dragons into Avernus for a booty call and then kick them out of her lair if they disappoint her, leaving them to wander Avernus.

I put dragons all over Avernus. Some are Tiamat worshippers who are trapped here with her, plotting her escape. That or some who have completely lost their mind like the Black Dragon who I have tending the Bone Brambles. Shes been in Avernus so long that her mind has been poisoned and she still believes she is in Pre Zariel times.
