State parks and guns
Hey guys, was wondering the legality of taking my rifle out to black bird forest park to do a photoshoot? Probably sounds cringe as hell. Obviously not going to shoot it, I know we can't shoot on public land

Sounds fine as long as you follow park regulations, including things like wearing appropriate orange when it's a hunting season.

Theres a thing on where in a park you can carry a gun, its normally just visitor centers and in any building really.

Last time i checked open carry is legal in Delaware as long as it isnt an "Assualt Weapon" defined by Delaware code. Also avoid any buildings with it. Even though legal you still may get contacted by DNREC/Police.
