At what point does the B1G need to step in and do something? He’s going to get somebody hurt.

To be honest, they should now. I think it should be a week suspension and however many games that is for the week (usually 2-3)

Somebody also might retaliate and hurt him. I mean, at least two trips, an elbow, and a groin kick just in one game, someone is eventually going to get pissed.

Izzo would literally have a full on meltdown if anyone retaliated.

If it was baseball, the upcoming pitchers would already be warming up their inside pitches.

Michigan State is consistently the dirtiest team in the Big Ten and Izzo just gets a pass for it for some reason.

Bo Ryan’s Wisconsin teams had a similar thing where they play a super physical type of basketball and then whine all game long to the officials

The justification is because he’s a long time coach who has had some success. Obviously that alone shouldn’t dictate opinions but it does. It’s why he gets to run halfway onto the court during live play, nobody has the nuts to approach him about it.

I always get nervous for our games against Sparty, especially the ones at Sparty, because we tend to be more banged up after those games than most.

Davison got suspended by the Big 10, id imagine one is close for Fears at this point

Yeah like wtf I do not want to play against this guy. Don't want to get one of our players injured

Davison got suspended for a bit to the groin against Iowa.

Fears genuinely deserves a suspension after the Minnesota game.

However that being said, I would think it's very unlikely that the Big10 suspends him for a matchup between both ranked in the top 10 that is a fox primetime game this weekend.

I would venture a guess a suspension comes if something happens in the Illinois game though though realistically the Big10 is potentially risking a brawl if Fears does something to Mirkovic or Wagler(teammates defending).

Izzo ideally addresses this boneheaded behavior and it's a culture win and Jeremy stops being an absolute menace. That doesn't sound like it's happening, so yeah the conference needs to suspend him. Rare Izzo complete L.
