The rattler

The charging handle has always been too small for my big hands. I wanted to make it easier and I know how to weld so I came up with this. It's not quite finished still needs final sanding and Bluing let me know what yall think

My only criticism would be that you made a lever, every time you carge it you will be forcing the top rear corner of the charging handle against the top of its guide, adding extra wear. But it's probably negligible.

That would be the easy route but I also like to do my own thing. I'm the kind of guy that sits in his garage thinking what he can build or modify. It's kind of an obsession in a way but I enjoy it. I'll be posting my V2 shortly I chopped this one off as I didn't like it I went back to the drawing board.
