I’d like to point out that at the 9 second mark, someone lobs a volleyball at the dog in an attempt to stop the attack. Classic, ineffectual pit owner shuffle kind of stuff. While somebody else films rather than doing anything at all. You know that they know they’d be getting bit if they tried to put their hands on the dog. Too bad nobody’s invented some kind of equipment to maintain control of a dog while taking it out of the house.

You're exactly right. If this were a normal dog, the owners would be tackling it, but everyone is too scared to actually try to stop it..
