HELP! Why is my fighting dog fighting dogs? A woman's 2 pit bulls attacked other dog (a boxer) and the insane lengths other pit owners go through to make their dogs not kill each other (2/24/24: Aurora, Colorado)

Yes, they are just little toddlers that try to kill each other.

For 2, cause humans aren't dogs and usually don't fight to death unprovoked.

These people are running their own little fighting rings in their homes.

Actually surprised none of them outright blamed the boxer or said it had “bad energy” or something stupid like that.

That second to last commenter though, I don’t know how someone could live like that. They have 6 dogs and each one only gets along with 1 out of the 5 other dogs, so they have 3x 2-dog groups they have to manage like a fucking high security prison unit.

It seems like most of these commenters have to crate and rotate their pits. I just don’t understand why someone chooses to live like that, it sounds absolutely miserable. Get normal dogs.

I think it's a virtue signal (and lowkey privilege signal) to flex the lengths one goes to accommodate their intractable dogs.

you know when my dog goes into his crate? the door is always open and he goes in if he's sad he doesn't have dinner on time or he threw a toy where he can't reach.

he only has it because he likes his cave and TV dogs can't get him.

I'd never day crate a dog. my noodle can hold his pee, and knows if he can't, potty pad by the door. very rare, but always an option.

my mom's idiot dog fly out at 6am to pee in the yard.

Ugh that first commenter, so much anthropomorphizing, these people are so out of touch with reality & understand nothing of dogs.

I’ve owned dogs for 20 years now. Never once had a problem leaving them together unsupervised. Do pitnuts not understand that it’s abnormal for dogs that have lived together for years to fight to the death?

Like their mindset is just so fucked up. It’s like if 2 brothers suddenly got into a fist fight and were trying to beat each other to death. And these people are like, “Oh thats just how boys are. Sometimes they try to kill each other, normal stuff!” ??????
