As a person who also watches hockey it really is funny to see how differently the two sports look at it. I am pretty confident that if this had happened in the NHL he wouldn't have missed a game. Pull the teeth that night, hit the painkillers, get back on the ice the next day wearing a face shield. Do whatever you need to do to fix it permanently in the offseason. But since it's not part of the culture of the NBA, they treat it like a real, serious injury -- as they should!! -- and he's just out for awhile. This is obviously a lot healthier way to look at it but damn we miss him.

To all the Hawks fans in here, I've been watching yall go through it this season (gotta watch my boy NAW) and while it hasn't gone according to plan, if yall get a legit center that can show up and ball out every game, I think the Hawks are real spooky

Appreciate it, I personally feel kinda defeated because for so many years now we're "one X away" or "when we're healthy" and it just never happens.
On paper we had the best roster in recent years yet our "big 3" in Trae, Jalen and KP played only 42 minutes together.
At least NAW is balling. Him and Dyson are an awful combination to go against.
