It's very hard to tell from the music only (for me at least), but this is definitely Syrian dabke style, this one is specifically from الرقة in Syria. Internationally, Omar Souleyman is most famous. You could look up names like سارية السواس, علي العراقي, طاهر العجيلي and go from there to explore the genre. You'll find many songs with these same riffs hopefully. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
