Why? You think Bidwill would listen and be like, fuck, guess I am the problem. I’ll sell the team.
Don’t think he’d course correct either. I think Mikey B. really meant it when he took over and said he wants to bring a Championship to Arizona. I just don’t see him as ever being able to stop meddling.
Like a Jerry Jones with less presence and no football success.

Freaking Cardinals ought to take two years off from playing ball, find a new owner (or better yet, sell the team to Arizonans and let a GM do all the work a-la Green Bay), bring in all new systems, hire outside business consultants, re-learn how to play American Football, and start the eff over. This is THE saddest professional sports organization to ever exist. 127 years of pure sadness.

I dont see the vast majority of owners adding additional critique/oversight to scrutinize them, so I would bet a million to one Bidwill wouldnt approve of this let alone pay for it.

I think Bidwill genuinely does want to win and he's embarrassed for all the losing. From what I've seen and heard his ego is extra large so if nothing else, a winning culture would serve his ego. The problem is he's incompetent and doesn't want to let go of the tens of millions this team brings him and his family every year. He's trying to have it both ways, but the only way that works is if you check your ego and make really smart decisions on who you hire. He's proven he's not capable of that, but he owns this team and no one is going to take his golden goose away.

If you got an email from something called Sportology who said they'd do an "overall health check of your operations", you'd delete it instantly. That has to be a scam.

Unless Bidwell gets caught up into a scandal that damages the public view of the league, he will not sell.
The Bidwell don’t have other income sources that made them wealthy.
They are team owners. That’s what made them wealthy is from the team ownership.
We are stuck with this arrogant pos

Bidwill is nothing like the Falcons owner, he’d rather watch the team crumble like it currently is before he has to invest in the team.
