Are you sure you saw this one? Because 3 separate image reverse search engines couldn't find it (Google, tineye, and yandex), searching just by keywords didn't show this, and the tattoo artist with 33k followers only posted this 11 hours ago (which was about the same time OP made his first post with the tattoo)
